For my little Tony's birthday, I baked a Chocolate Chip Cheesecake...and I kinda messed up. It's probably my 4th time baking this cake, and the first couple times, I baked in dry in the oven with not water bath. For whatever reason, this time, I decided to bake it in a water bath. I guess the foil I wrapped around the bottom of my springform pan wasn't enough or secure, water seeped into the parchment paper. So the bottom part of the crust was soggy...:(. It was, however, still delicious. Here are some pictures:
I enjoy cooking/baking, especially for other people. I love to know that my food makes others happy. I believe that each food item should be created with love. The more love put into the creation, the better it will taste.
